Mullion Cove’s six bedrooms include two master suites with private gardens and four additional bedrooms. The master bedrooms features an outdoor tub off the bathroom — a residential touch carried forward from the villa’s earliest design and preserved through subsequent renovations.

The configuration accommodates active families and multigenerational groups well, with sufficient separation between bedrooms for adults to retreat from younger relatives, and a shared living and dining area that’s the natural gathering point at the start and end of each day. Thirty-five steps lead down from the garden to Bluefields Beach, which Mullion Cove shares with Cottonwood Cottage and The Hermitage — the three villas together directly abut the beach.

A private swimming pool sits at the front of the villa, oriented to catch the morning sun and the afternoon shade. Inside, the renovations have been deliberately conservative — the goal across each successive update has been to keep modern amenities in line with the villa’s original character, not to convert it into something it isn’t. The result is a villa that feels lived-in rather than recently completed, which is precisely what longtime guests return for.

All-Inclusive: What’s Included

Mullion Cove stays are fully all-inclusive. The villa comes with its own dedicated private team — chef, butler, housekeeper, headman/concierge, waterfront attendant, and night porter, plus 24-hour security across the property. Meals are made to order three times daily, with unlimited beverages and snacks throughout the day. Laundry is included.

Non-motorized watersports, tennis, Club MoBay airport VIP services, and all government taxes come with every booking. Nanny service is available on request.
