Offsites fail in one of two ways. Either the room is never private enough for anyone to say the thing that needed saying, or the place itself gives nobody a reason to clear their calendar. Bluefields Bay answers both. Four properties — the suites, Cottonwood Cottage, The Hermitage and Mullion Cove — adjoin on a private stretch of Jamaica’s south coast, taking eight to thirty-two people, with a chef, a butler and a housekeeper in each house and nobody at the next table.

Built for a Team, Not a Booking

A Footprint Agreed in Advance

Take the four suites for a leadership group of eight. Add Cottonwood Cottage and The Hermitage for twenty-one. Add Mullion Cove for thirty-two. The houses adjoin, so the group stays together whatever size it is, and because each has its own bedrooms and its own living space you can put people where the week actually needs them. These are whole houses rather than rooms from an allotment, so the footprint is agreed when you book. The suites are the exception — four separate one-bedroom buildings, so a late addition or two can often be absorbed. It is why an offsite here begins with a conversation instead of a booking form.

Where the Work Happens

Verandahs that seat a full group, dining rooms that hold everyone at one table, lawns above the water, and a garden platform for the session that should not be indoors at all. Sessions run to your agenda rather than to a room booking, and break when the discussion breaks. Wi-Fi runs throughout the property.

Nobody Is Managing Logistics

Three made-to-order meals a day, cooked in the house by your own chef, from menus agreed before you land. An open bar with no tab to reconcile. No catering order, no minimum spend, no lunch break scheduled around a kitchen. Food is not a separate negotiation either — the celiac, the two vegans and the one who does not eat before noon all complete a preference profile in advance, and it goes to the chef in their house. Your staff work in the villa around the clock, so the only thing anyone on your team has to organize is the agenda.

Settled Before You Travel

A base for each villa plus a charge for each guest, and everything is inside it: accommodation, all meals, the open bar, the staff, non-motorized watersports, tennis, pickleball, guided hikes, and all government taxes. One 15% is added at booking and that is the whole of it. The stay is paid in full before anyone travels, so there is no folder of incidentals to reconcile afterwards and nothing for your team to expense. Cost per head falls as the group grows.

Getting Everyone There

Roughly seventy minutes from Sangster International in Montego Bay, with Club MoBay VIP service included on stays of four nights or more — fast-track immigration, a private lounge and priority baggage, which matters most for whoever is arriving last and tightest. Transfers are arranged for you and billed separately.
